Shipping & Delivery
We use flat rate USPS priority mail which usually only takes 1-3 days.  At this point we only ship within the United States, contact us if you are interested in purchasing and outside of the USA.  We will send out an email with the tracking number so you can plan for delivery.  We ship each day mon-sat between 10 am and 3 pm on every day the post office is open.
Privacy & Security
Prviacy and Security are very important to, we use 2048 bit SSL with 128/256 bit encryption. We use known secure 3rd party companies to deal with all your credit card information.  I will never sell information to anyone, see Privacy Policy for more details.
Returns & Replacements
If you never recieved your item confirm delivery through USPS and the tracking number you recieved from us. If you ordered the wrong item or dislike the product ship it back to us un-opened and used and we will give you a full refund. All we ask is that you cover the return shipping and do this within 30 days from when USPS delivered.;
Ordering
You can view your orders at any time under "My Account" or simly contact us for any questions. Orders will be processed in the order they were recieved as soon as payment has gone through.
Payment.
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Keep in mind if you use checks or money orders the shipment will not take place until payment has cleared. 
Viewing Orders
Your order information both new and old are viewable under "My Account".
Updating Account Information
Please update your account information if you moved, changed phone number, or changed email address. If you're address is wrong it will cause an issue in shipping and contact information can be important for any hickups or if you are interested in promotions and discounts.
